Without God’s self-revelation through the Holy Scriptures we call the Bible, our understanding of God from the “natural” world would be very limited. We worship a self-revealing God who wants to be known, and it is in the timeless literature of the Holy Bible that we come to know about God. From Genesis 1 to Revelation 22, it is the story of God seeking to be with us and asking if we will be with him. Rightly understood, they provide us a great picture of an amazing God as they testify of Jesus.
